Reunited and It Feels So Good!

Firstly the Thank Yous:
Bradford-on-Avon Rugby Club for being such a wonderful venue on the Saturday
Bradford-on-Avon Preservation Trust for the use of the lovely West Barn on the Sunday
Robin for the brilliant printouts of the large 6th Form pic and the photo montages
Rich for being the weekend's "official" photographer
Caroline for the wondrous hand-painted Class of 82 banner
Julie for co-ordinating the meeting up with Mr Reid
Dyan for finding the Marshall Howe press cuttings
Paul for food shopping and chef advice and knowing how to turn the oven on
Tony for having any sound cable you could possibly want and knowing how to get the amplifier to work
Sally for the display boards
Sally, Sarah, Paul & Robin for helping set up on the Saturday night and calming Nina and Louisa down when they were surrounded by sweaty noisy long-distance runners in the middle of our venue
Paul & Elly for helping set up on the Sunday morning
All the lovely people who helped clear up, wash up, brush up and tidy up
All the people who submitted their photos to be shown on the big screen
All the ex-staff members who made the effort to travel to join us
Any of you who helped us in ways we have forgotten (it's old age!)
and last but by no means least
All of you who came from far and wide and made it such an unforgettable weekend!

Look out for the Wiltshire Times this week - they have already been in touch about a possible follow up story on the reunion.

and finally
Future date - there seemed to be a LOT of interest in doing this all over again - why don't you put the weekend starting Friday 7th July 2017 (7/7/17 has a ring to it, doesn't it?) in your diary now for a possible 35th reunion and let's see what happens and who else we can track down in the next 5 years!
